Flex Pack — Terms of Service

  • Pay as you go: flex sessions pay for TMFC services — classes or private lessons — on a per-visit basis.
  • Youth & Teen classes attended with a flex pack include pull-out lessons where applicable.
  • Saber Elite Class: Tactics & Drills includes a mandatory small-group portion that uses 1 session from the pack, plus 1 for the class — 2 sessions total (Mon & Wed Port Chester · Tue West Side · Thu East Side).
  • 30-minute saber lessons with designated Elite Coaches (including Tim Morehouse, Daryl Homer, and Giovanni Sirovich) use 2 sessions from the pack. Coach designations are subject to change — see TMFC Connect for current coach-specific information.
  • Camps & clinics: 1 session per camp or clinic day (except sleep-away camp). No pro-ration of price.
  • Visiting the club? Flex packs are also available to guests visiting TMFC — permission is still required to attend sessions. Guests may use a flex pack for camp days, lessons, or classes; Elite classes and camps only with staff permission.
  • Booking: flex sessions cannot be booked recurring and can be booked a maximum of 2 weeks ahead. Members get priority recurring booking.
  • Payment before service: a flex pack (or other payment) must be on file before attending any session.
  • Flex sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used by the athlete for whom they were purchased. Packs expire 10 months from purchase.
