Pull-out lessons are short-format lessons built right into class time — no extra scheduling needed. They take place before or during the first 30–40 minutes of class. Sessions may be 10-minute 1-on-1s or 20–30-minute small-group lessons, led by class staff under the supervision of the program lead. Included in Bronze and Silver programs.
Before each session, students participate in structured warm-ups designed to build balance, coordination, strength, and blade control while getting geared up. Pull-out lessons often take place during this time. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early.
