Frequently Asked
We recommend starting with a trial lesson or one of our starter programs. These introduce fencing fundamentals in a fun, low-pressure environment. Once your child is ready, enrolling in ongoing programs is seamless.
The tiers determine how many classes and pick-up lessons your child gets per week. Bronze is 1 class + 1 pick-up lesson. Silver is 2 + 2 and is our most popular option for faster progression. Gold gives unlimited classes with private lessons purchased separately — ideal for fencers ready to bridge into our Elite program.
No. Equipment is provided for trial lessons and starter programs. Once enrolled, we'll schedule a 20-minute equipment fitting and help you understand what to purchase and when. Our pro shop has packages starting at $200.
Yes! Every TMFC program includes access to all five locations across Manhattan, Westchester, and Connecticut. Many families train at different locations based on their weekly schedule.
Yes. We offer trimester and annual check payment options at discounted rates. No online purchase is needed — just bring your check to the club location where you're enrolling. See the Rates & Payment page for all check pricing.
Yes. We offer rolling admissions throughout the school year, subject to availability. The sooner you enroll, the more class options you'll have. Summer programs have separate registration.
