Build the future of fencing
Do meaningful work with a team that knows how to win
Founded in 2016 by Olympic silver medalist Tim Morehouse, TMFC has grown into a nationally recognized fencing organization serving families across Manhattan, Westchester, and Connecticut.
Our athletes have earned national and international medals, joined world teams, and been recruited to leading NCAA programs. Behind every result is a talented, diverse team of coaches and staff members who care deeply about teaching, mentorship, and creating a place where people belong.
A proven record of excellence
Our Results
Join a team whose coaching, development system, and commitment to excellence produce results at every level of the sport.
The TMFC Way
We coach people first, and fencers second.
Our mission is to develop exceptional people through fencing in an environment built on four pillars. Medals are the byproduct. People are the point.
Enjoyment
Students learn best when they love being here. Great coaching is demanding, but it should also be a joy.
Hard Work
Success is earned through preparation, discipline, and resilience. Talent opens a door; effort determines how far we go.
Togetherness
We are one team. We share ideas, celebrate each other’s students, and understand that no athlete—or coach—succeeds alone.
Champion Values
Being a champion is more than winning. It is integrity, humility, accountability, resilience, respect, and courage.
Our promise to you
A great club should give as much as it asks.
TMFC is growing, and we want teammates who see that growth as an opportunity to build. You’ll be trusted with meaningful work, expected to take ownership, and supported by people who care about excellence.
Professional respect. We commit to open, honest, and early communication in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
Serious development. Grow through mentorship, education, feedback, collaboration, and real opportunities to advance.
Premier resources. Your work is supported by marketing, scheduling, member services, technology, and a respected brand.
Meaningful recognition. We celebrate excellence, leadership, teamwork, and innovation—and help great people build lasting careers.
