⏰ Class Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)
- Cancel classes you cannot attend at least 24 hours ahead through TMFC Connect — those classes may be made up during the current billing cycle or the additional 7-day make-up window.
- Classes canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are late cancellations and are not eligible for make-up. No-shows are not eligible for make-up.
- Club closure dates are built into tuition: when the Club is closed for holidays or scheduled breaks, you may attend a make-up class on another day — within your billing cycle plus the 7-day window, scheduled through TMFC Connect.

Class Pull-Out Lessons
- Included with enrollment: there is no scheduling for pull-out sessions — all students enrolled in Teen Bronze, Silver, or Gold receive these lessons when they attend class.
- How they work: pull-out sessions generally occur 20 minutes into class and involve a variety of TMFC coaches — giving kids a chance to get to know more coaches, including time with some of our elite coaches.
- Format: 10-minute one-on-one lessons or 20-minute small groups of 2–4 students, organized by our program leads.
- Late arrival: if you are 40+ minutes late to class you will miss your pull-out. If there is time to make it up during class we will try, but otherwise there is no make-up and the session is considered missed.
- Want more lessons? Members may purchase private lesson packs for recurring 20-minute sessions with a designated coach — at season registration or any time later in the season.
Billing & Equipment
- Payment: monthly programs are billed to a credit card every 28 days; trimester and annual programs are paid by check. All programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Season start billing: families who enroll in a monthly membership prior to September 1 will be charged upon enrollment; the next billing date occurs 28 days after the athlete’s first scheduled visit of the new season. Monthly memberships continue until cancelled per TMFC’s cancellation policy — failure to attend does not constitute cancellation and does not stop future billing.
- Equipment: students enrolled in these programs need group class equipment ($499) to participate — except Starter students, whose equipment is provided for their 4 starter sessions.
Program Expectations
- Ages: Teens ages 13–17. Once students are ready, they can elect to move up to Elite.
- Tournaments: this is a competitive development program — students are expected to participate in 4–5 club tournaments per season to help build their development.
- Membership: memberships bill automatically until canceled through TMFC Connect at least 48 hours before your next billing date, and may not be paused or placed on hold. See the full Terms of Service.
