Equipment Storage — Terms of Service

• Applicable locations only: storage is available at Westchester (Port Chester), NYC West Side, and NYC East Side. Space is limited and supplies are limited.
• Put your name on everything: all equipment must be clearly labeled with the athlete’s name — including personal equipment, fencing bags, and every individual item.
• TMFC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or taken equipment. Equipment is kept at the club at your own risk — if something goes missing, it is your responsibility and cost, no exceptions.
• Equipment Stations are Sept to June only — equipment must be taken home at the end of June or it will be removed after 14 days. Stations hold a mask, glove, jacket & cords, weapon, pants, and fencing shoes — no fencing bags or other bags. For youth, equipment is also labeled with the station number so items left out can be returned.
• Lockers & Bag Storage are 12 months continuous — you pay for 12 continuous months, and this pricing is for active members only. If you no longer have an active membership, you must vacate the station or locker and there is no refund — this pricing was for active members.
• Bag policy: full-size fencing bags may only be brought into the club by athletes in the equipment storage program. All other athletes should arrive with a compact weapon bag containing only what’s needed for training. Athletes arriving with a full-size bag who are not enrolled in storage may be assessed a temporary bag-storage fee per visit, subject to available space. Compact weapon bags are available at the club and through our pro shop.
