Paying by check?
Checks should be made payable to “Tim Morehouse Fencing Club”. Please write the student name & program you are purchasing in the memo line to avoid any confusion. Checks must be brought in and deposited before we begin scheduling classes and lessons for the upcoming season.

⏰ 24-Hour Late Cancellation Policy

  • Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or the session is forfeited.
  • Club closures and holidays are already built into the season schedule and membership pricing.
  • Members in good standing receive up to 2 courtesy make-ups per season for properly cancelled sessions.

Foil Program — Terms of Service

Monthly Billing & Season Start
  • Monthly memberships bill automatically every 28 days to the card on file and continue until cancelled in writing.
  • If you register before the season begins, your first billing cycle starts at the start of the 2026–27 season — not at the time of purchase.
Paying by Check
  • Annual check pricing for Foil Elite: $7,500 before June 26 · $8,500 after June 26.
  • Checks must be received and deposited before any scheduling (classes and lessons) for the upcoming season.
Membership
  • Bronze includes 1 class per week, Silver includes 2 classes per week, and Gold & Foil Elite include unlimited foil classes.
  • Foil Elite is our competitive foil program — placement is by coach recommendation/evaluation.
  • All memberships require an account in good standing and adherence to the 24-hour cancellation policy above.
