Paying by check?
Bring your check to the club. Checks should be made payable to “Tim Morehouse Fencing Club” — please write the student name & pack in the memo line to avoid any confusion.
Checks must be brought and deposited before we will begin scheduling.

⏰ 24-Hour Late Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are late cancellations and are deducted from your pack.
  • Cancel with 24+ hours notice through TMFC Connect and the session remains in your pack.
  • Club closures are built into the schedule: if the Club closes, sessions are not deducted and can be rebooked.
  • Private group classes must be paid in advance to be booked and follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy.

Squires — Terms of Service

Session Packs
  • Flexible credits: Squires students train using 10-Session Packs. Session credits may be used for 20-minute individual lessons, 40-minute semi-private lessons (2 credits) with a friend or sibling, or small-group training opportunities offered by TMFC.
  • Equipment provided: Squires do not need their own equipment to participate.
  • Payment before service: a session pack (or other payment) must be on file before attending any session.
  • Session packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used by the athlete for whom they were purchased.
Private Group Fencing Class
  • Private group classes are 60 minutes in length and accommodate 2–6 participants. Additional participants may be added for $75 per person, subject to space limitations.
  • All private group classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to coach and facility availability. Recurring group reservations must be arranged and confirmed in advance with TMFC staff.
