Portland, OR (March 1-4, 2024) — We’ll take five in foil.
Fencers from Tim Morehouse Fencing Club fought hard on the strip, and it showed.
Iris Yang was a double winner, taking sixth in Cadet Women’s Foil and third in Y-14 Women’s Foil. In Y-12 Women’s Foil, Grace Feng won silver and Amabel Wang took eighth place.
On the men’s side, Brendan Lee won eighth place in Cadet Men’s Foil along with his A24 rating. His fellow TMFC fencers also earned ratings upgrades: Philip Matsakh earned his B24 rating and Ethan Chen earned his D24 rating.
It was a great showing from the foil fencers overall.
