Tim Morehouse Fencers Named to All-Academic, All-American Teams

New York, NY — Tim Morehouse fencers are shining on a national level.

Nine foil and saber fencers made the Absolute Fencing Gear All-Academic Teams. This recognition goes to student-fencers who maintain exceptional grade point averages. For the first team, GPS needed to be 3.85 or higher. For the second team, GPAs ranged from 3.4 to 3.84

The USA Fencing High School All-American Program recognized 12 Tim Morehouse foil and saber fencers. First team members earned or maintained an A or B rating. Second team members earned or maintained C or D ratings.

Ray Cao, Madison Duckett, Matthew Fields, Alexander Francois, Jonah Lee, Gabriel McCarthy, Samuel Sugiura, Robert Wang, Seth Waxler, Alina Zhang and Selena Zhang were named to both lists!
