The Youngest Fencers Soldier on, Earning Medals

Port Chester, NY (March 23, 2024) — The young Tim Morehouse fencers are working it.

The TMFC Youth Cup #3 went off in Port Chester with some of the most tenacious young fencers giving it their best.

In Y-10 Mixed Saber, Simon Hu (LIFC) took gold, Lorenzo Mangini took silver, Edward Thelmy (Candlewood and Ethan Zhang shared the bronze, Madeline Alperovich (Candlewood) earned fifth place and Devine Lucian finished in sixth place.

Simon Hu (LIFC) also topped the medal stand in Y -8 Mixed Saber. Ethan Zhang earned silver and Lorenzo Mangini and Nayelli Tedusa (Shoreline Fencers Club) shared third.

In Y- 12 Men’s Saber, Gabriel Guegan took gold, John Michael Fauci finished with silver and Anand Shah won bronze.

Andrew Wasco won gold in E and Under Mixed Saber, with Leliani Edusa ((Shoreline Fencers Club) taking silver and Liam Wong earning bronze.
