Denver, CO (February 17-20, 2023) — Tim Morehouse Fencing Club had a strong showing at the Junior Olympics.
Besides the record five medals won by both saber and foil fencers, many of the young competitors put up heroic fights, fencing against the best young fencers in the U.S.
There were top-16 finishes for Madison Four-Garcia (JWS), Alina Zhang (CWF) and Madison Duckett (CWS).
Those making the top-32 included: Shaun Kim (CMS), Robert Wang (JMS), Grace Feng (JWF, CWF), Duckett (JWS), Ella Calise (CWF) and Iris Yang (CWF).
