Tim Morehouse Fencers Win 8 Medals at the Nittany Lion Cup

State College PA (Dec 16-17, 2023) — Tim Morehouse fencers roared into the Nittany Lion Cup, taking many of the spoils.

Foil fencer Savannah Li collected three medals — one for each event she competed in. She won bronzes in Y-12 and Y-14 Women’s Foil and eighth place in Cadet Women’s Foil.

Miles Chambers took gold in Y-12 Men’s Saber and bronze in Y-14 Men’s Foil.

Also a double medal winner, Ethan Chen won silver in Cadet Men’s Foil and an eighth-place medal in Junior Men’s Foil.

Rounding out the medal winners was Varvara Mankova, who took the medal stand in fifth place in Cadet Women’s Foil.
