Santiago, Chile (Oct 30 - Nov 4, 2023) — Team USA, bolstered by Tim Morehouse Fencing Club’s Filip Dolegiewicz, brought home the silver medal in Men’s Saber.

Fencing on a team with Andrew Doddo and Josef Cohen, Dolegiewicz did what he could to propel his team, scoring seven, eight and six touches during his three turns on the strip. Unfortunately, Team Canada’s consistency earned them gold.

Earlier in the week, Dolegiewicz earned ninth place in individual Men’s Saber.

Next up for Dolegiewicz is the kick-off of the FIE (International Fencing Federation) season next weekend in Algeria, where he will be joined by TMFC teammate Eli Dershwitz.
