Stamford, CT (July 13, 2022) — Tim Morehouse Fencing Club is hosting its first ever Regional Event!

The 9-State Fencing Cup, named to the 9 states that make up region 3, will be a Regional Youth Circuit (RYC) and a Regional Cadet Circuit (RCC) tournament. It will be held September 24th and 25th at Chelsea Piers, in Stamford, Connecticut where TMFC Connecticut is located. There will be events in Y10, Y12, Y14 and Cadet for men and women in all three weapons — saber, foil and epée.

The event will be executed to our exacting standards and will include:

  • All metal strips for pools and direct elimination rounds;

  • The Finals strip will have video replay and live streaming;

  • Chelsea Piers Connecticut has plenty of parking, restaurants, and extra space. It’s beautiful!

  • We plan to host a reception as well on Saturday, September 24th at Chelsea Piers. More information to come.
