Nickolas Rusadze Leads the International Action with a Silver Medal

Bratislava, Slovakia (Jan 14-16, 2024) — It was an American sweep.

Team USA fencers took the three top spots at the Slovakia Cadet International for Men’s Foil with Tim Morehouse’s Nickolas Rusadze earning the silver medal.

At the Women’s Foil Cadet Designated Competition in Poznan, Poland, Iris Yang brought home a bronze medal from the team competition. Individually, she finished in 33rd place. Ella Calise’s team finished in fourth place and she finished in 15th place in the individual competition.

Tim Morehouse Fencing Club’s Ziad Elsissy had a top-16 finish at the Senior Men’s Grand Prix in Tunisia. TMFC fencers Eli Dershwitz finished in the top-32, Mohamed Amer and Filip Dolegiewicz finished in the top-64.
