Rye's Ella Calise Leads Tim Morehouse Fencing's Medal Haul with 2x Bronze Wins in Texas

Arlington, TX (September 3-5, 2022) — Rye-native Ella Calise is a double bronze winner.

The foilist at Tim Morehouse Fencing Club led the club in wins at the Texas Roundup SYC/RCC this weekend, coming away with two bronze medals in the Cadet Women’s Foil and Y-14 Women’s Foil events.

In addition, foilist Amabel Wang won gold in the Y-10 Women’s Foil event.

Saber fencer Miles Chambers also took gold in Y-10 Men’s Saber with teammate Aidan Song coming in sixth.

In Cadet Men’s Saber, Gabriel Clark took bronze. His brother, Aram Clark, also took bronze but in Y-12 Men’s Saber with Marcus Pinto earning eighth in the same event.
