Tim Morehouse Foil Fencers Earn Gold and Bronze at the Cobra Challenge SYC

Secaucus, NJ (November 25-27, 2022) — It was only warm medals for the foil fencers from Tim Morehouse Fencing Club.

Leading with gold were Y-10 Women’s Foil fencer Amabel Wang and Cadet Men’s Foil fencer Nickolas Rusadze.

Next up were the bronze medalists. Jonah Lee prevailed to earn a third-place finish in Y-14 Men’s Foil. And Y-10 Men’s Foil fencer Hauchen Yu pulled off his best finish to earn national points in third place as well.

The Cobra Challenge SYC/RCC/Y-8 saw over 60 fencers competing from TMFC.

The foil program at Tim Morehouse Fencing Club is based in Westchester at the Port Chester location. Coach Slava Grigoriev leads the program with Coach Eddie Grigoriev and Coach Dan Bass.
