⏰ 24-Hour Late Cancellation Policy

  • Lessons canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are late cancellations and are normally forfeited.
  • Cancel with 24+ hours notice through TMFC Connect and your lesson credit remains in your pack.
  • Club closures are built into the schedule: if the Club closes, your lesson is not deducted and can be rebooked.
  • Courtesy make-ups: each family may receive up to two late-cancellation make-ups per season — scheduled within 7 days, subject to coach availability.

Private Lesson — Terms of Service

  • A lesson pack on file is required: you cannot take a private lesson without a pack on file to pay for it.
  • Most private lessons are 20 minutes in length and use one lesson credit from your lesson pack.
  • Lessons with designated Elite Coaches are 30 minutes in length and use two lesson credits from your lesson pack. This currently includes: Tim Morehouse (Olympic Silver Medalist) · Daryl Homer (Olympic Silver Medalist) · Akhi Spencer-El (U.S. Olympian & Paris Olympic Coach) · Giovanni Sirovich (Italian Olympic Coach) · Amer Mohammad (3-Time Olympian).
  • Additional coaches may be designated as Elite Coaches and may require two lesson credits per lesson. Coach designations and lesson requirements are subject to change.
  • Certain coaches may also have special pricing, lesson formats, or booking requirements — see the TMFC website or TMFC Connect for the most current coach-specific information.
  • Payment before service: if you cannot bring a check in time or pay before a session, we will either need to cancel the session or you can pay for a single lesson at the single-lesson rate.
  • Private lesson credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used by the athlete for whom they were purchased. Packs expire 12 months from purchase.
