REgistration FORM
This required form collects important camper information, including the camper’s name and date of birth, roommate preferences, acknowledgment of the Code of Conduct, medication administration permissions, and pick-up/drop-off authorization. You may also select optional add-on services, such as private lessons or this year’s Referee Training Seminar. You are not be charged for completing this form.
Health Forms
All campers must submit a physical examination form and proof of required vaccinations, in accordance with American Camp Association (ACA) health and safety guidelines.
Campers will not be permitted to attend camp without completed and approved health documentation.

You may also register for this year’s Referee Training Seminar, where campers have the opportunity to complete certification requirements and become certified referees by the end of camp.

Linens are not provided by the school so campers may either bring their own linens or rent a linen kit from the school for an additional fee.
The Rental Kit Includes:

RefereE TRAINING SEMINAR with jeff bukantz
($150)
Campers will have the unique opportunity to participate in an official USA Fencing Referee Training Seminar led by Jeff Bukantz, a 2× Olympic Team Captain and one of the most respected voices in refereeing and fencing education.
This seminar is part of the official USA Fencing Referee Certification pathway, allowing eligible campers to work toward becoming a rated referee during camp.
The seminar fee is $150 and includes:
Two three-hour training sessions held at camp
Official USA Fencing written exam, administered on-site (exam fees included)
Real-time refereeing opportunities with observation and feedback
Formal observation assessment to support advancement to a higher USA Fencing referee rating
Eligibility for an official USA Fencing referee rating upon passing the written exam, with the potential to earn an L1 or L2 rating following successful observation
The seminar covers:
Practical, common-sense refereeing
Key rules and how to apply them with confidence
Tactics for gaining fencers’ trust on the strip
Insights from 50 years of real-world experience
