New York, NY (May 11, 2022) — As we head into the final month and a half of the 2021-2022 season, we thought it was time for a club win leaderboard update.
Foil fencer Iris Yang continues to lead the way with 250 wins. Gabriel “The Legend” McCarthy, a multiple-time season win leader, is in second with 200 Wins. Iris and Gabriel so far are the only two fencers to hit the prodigious 200+ wins in a season mark!
Sixteen Tim Morehouse Fencing Club fencers have won 100+ bouts so far this season! Congratulations to all of them on joining the “100+ Season Win Club.” These wins will be recognized with certificates after Summer Nationals are complete.
Kai Toomre, Marcus Pinto, Enzo Bera and Connor Chung are closing in on the mark. We expect their fencing this weekend at the Fairfax SYC to push many over the top! Good luck to them!
