Elite Coach Sara Vicezin has created another series of videos demonstrating fencing exercises that you can do from home!

Part 1: Fast down skip (6 times), intense run backward 4/5 very short steps, stop balance, on guard position, attack step prep advance lunge, 5 repetitions.

Part 2: Fast down skip (6 times), intense run backward 4/5 very short steps, stop balance, on guard position, defense by distance two steps (one small and one big ) balance, 5 repetitions.

Part 3: Fast down skip (6 times), intense run backward 4/5 very short steps, stop balance, on guard position, defense by distance two steps (one small and one big ) balance, attack step prep advance lunge, 5 repetitions.

Part 4: Fast down skip (6 times), intense run backward 4/5 very short steps, on guard position, double step prep. Immediately double step defend by distance, balance, attack step prep, double advance lunge, 5 repetitions.

Part 5: Fast down skip (6 times), intense run backward 4/5 very short steps, on guard position, double step prep. immediately double step defend by distance, balance, attack step prep, double advance lunge, backward 5/6 very short steps, balance 5 repetitions.
