  • You can view, cancel, or reschedule classes; update payment methods; and check memberships directly in your Account Portal.

  • We ask for 24-hour notice for all cancellations (classes, lessons, and camps). Late cancels or no-shows follow program-specific policies.

  • Yes—make-ups depend on your program:

    • Group class members get limited make-ups as outlined in membership terms.

    • Flex Packs follow a strict 24-hour policy and do not include make-ups.

  • Memberships and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Camp refund policies vary by season—see your camp’s info page for details.

  • Please submit a written request through our Member Request Form.
