Sabrina Fang and Eli Dershwitz
Asuncion, Paraguay (June 3 - 6, 2022) — The Pan American Championships were good for fencers from Tim Morehouse Fencing Club.
Eli Dershwitz earned silver in the Senior Men’s Saber event, losing out to teammate Daryl Homer. Rafael “Fito” Western Reyes, competing for Puerto Rico, made the top-32, coming in 23rd.
In the Senior Teams, Men’s Saber, gold was won by Team USA, which included Dershwitz, Homer, Khalil Thompson, and Andrew Mackiewicz.
Western’s team, Team Puerto Rico, came in 10th.
In Senior Women’s Foil, Sabrina Fang, competing for Canada, pulled off a seventh-place finish. Her team for Senior Teams, Women’s Foil won gold.
