Olympic Silver Medalist and Team USA Men’s Saber High Performance Coach Tim Morehouse will personally guide you and your child into the world of fencing, ensuring your start at Tim Morehouse Fencing Club sets the foundation for long-term success.

This is an exclusive, invitation-only program designed for families who want a highly personalized and elevated introduction to the sport.

Tim provides individualized consultation and special attention during your child’s early training. Through this process, your child will also work with our elite coaching staff, typically reserved for competitive members. We’ve consistently found that starting with a top-level coach—and receiving the right information from day one—creates a stronger developmental path and greater confidence.

With a Master’s degree in Education, Tim has helped countless students begin their fencing journey, identify fencing as a main activity, develop into competitive athletes, and find the right coaching match among TMFC’s 20 world-class coaches.

What to Expect

Trial Session → Feedback → Development Plan
After your child’s trial session, you’ll have a follow-up call with Tim. He’ll share insights from the trial, answer questions, and outline the next steps.
A Customized 4-Session Introductory Track
Tim will schedule your child’s next four sessions with one of our elite coaches (and occasionally with Tim, depending on schedule). Throughout the process, he oversees and guides your child’s development to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
All-Inclusive Session Packs
Our introductory session packs include free rental equipment and are designed to be completed within 3–4 weeks. Tim will guide you through every step so your family feels confident and supported.
