Cancelling an Individual Class or Lesson
Step 1: Login to Your Account
DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT!
If you are a current member then you have a login and password!
Click on the “Login To My Account” and then the “Need New Password” link.
Your login/username is the email under which you receive notifications from the club. If you can’t find the right email, please email info@ and we will send you your information.
Step 2: Click on “Schedule” in the pop-up window and click “Cancel” On the class/lesson you can’t attend
Click on the Cancel icon next to the class or lesson that you won’t be attending
Please note, as per the Terms of Service for 2019-2020 season there is a 48-hour Private Lesson Cancelation window and a 24-hour Class cancelation window.
If you are within the cancelation window but the student cannot attend because of an illness, please send the office a note from your doctor and we will restore the lesson to your account. We will not do this without an official letter.
If you don’t cancel, you will always be charged for the service since we are expecting you and reserving our coaches time.
Step 3: What Happens Next?
You will get an auto-email confirming your cancelation and this will also go to our office and the coach.

Changing Your Regular Recurring Classes or Lessons
OVERVIEW: If you need to change your regular class or private lesson time, please email the office and we will remove the lesson or class you can no longer attend on a weekly basis and discuss the replacement options with you.
Changing Your Class Schedule: It is easy to switch class days as long as there is room in the class.
Changing Your Private Lesson Time: Please note that many of our coaches have very full schedules so if you must switch your recurring lesson time during the season and you have a “prime time slot” on a certain day it will likely not be possible to have that time on another day.
