Summer Fencing Camps

Train Like A Champion This Summer!
Youth Fencing Camps Begin Monday, June 17, 2019 and run throughout the Summer at both our Manhattan and Westchester Facilities!
Summer Youth Fencing Camps at Tim Morehouse Fencing Club (TMFC) are a great way to introduce new students to the sport of fencing as well as a place for more experienced fencers to hone their skills.
The camps are geared for students ages 6-12 and are held from 9:30am-3:00pm with early drop off and late pick-up options available.
Students learn the foundations of the Morehouse Method which has propelled TMFC to become one of the best youth fencing clubs in the country in just a few short years.
Tim Morehouse who is a 3-time US Olympic Team Member, Olympic Silver Medalist and experienced educator with a Masters Degree in Education has designed the club to help students develop the physical and mental habits to become champions on or off the fencing field of play.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Does My Child Need To Have any Fencing Experience?
No! Our camps include many students who are trying fencing for the first time and this is a great way to introduce your child to the sport.
Does My child Need Fencing Equipment?
No. Fencing equipment will be provided for all students during the camp.
What Does My Child Need?
1. To pack their own lunch and snacks. We have a fridge on premises where they can keep it cold.
2. Bring a water bottle. We try to take frequent water breaks but we also don’t want to lose a lot of teaching time
3. Dress in athletic attire: sneakers, long athletic pans (No shorts!) and t-shirt.
